ARTWORK APPROVAL:

A virtual proof of your desired design will be provided after you’ve placed your order. Artwork MUST be approved BEFORE production can begin.

TURN AROUND TIME:

After you approve your artwork, standard production time is 2 weeks; Delivery estimate TBD depending on your location. Production can be expedited at an additional cost.

  Please allow for 2-5 days for shipping within Trinidad; and 5-8 days to Tobago.

Customs & Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to receiving their delivery. We shall not be responsible for delays due to customs or the shippers.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. No alterations or cancellations after order reaches to production.

DISCLAIMER #1: PRODUCT CHARACTER:

Although we do our best to use the best-looking wood, knots and imperfections may be present, due to the character of the wood.
Some signs are intentionally slightly distressed for a rustic look. So there may be paint “chipped” or “sanded off” in some places of your sign.

No two signs will be exactly the same, as each is handcrafted.

Product sizes quoted are approximations.
Frames may add some dimension to the sign.
Colours displayed on-screen are provided as a guide, as they may vary in actuality – appearing lighter or darker, brighter or more matte.

DISCLAIMER #3: PRODUCT LIFETIME:

All wood that is in direct contact with the elements (i.e. sun, rain, snow, etc.), may eventually discolour or warp. Although our sealants help protect the wood for it to last longer, over time the weather may eventually affect the wood. Hang wood signs in covered / sheltered areas and away from the elements, to allow your signs to last longer.
